How to Buy a GAMA GTX Token — Step by Step

Buying a GTX1 token takes about fifteen minutes if it's your first time interacting with a blockchain. This guide walks through every step, from wallet setup to a token appearing in your collection. If you are familiar with Web3 — you will admire the way we arrange things.

Step 1: Install a wallet

Download MetaMask from metamask.io — it is a browser extension that acts as your digital wallet. Write down the 12-word recovery phrase on paper and store it somewhere safe. Do not screenshot it, do not email it to yourself, and never share it. Anyone with those 12 words controls your wallet.

Step 2: Switch to Polygon

By default MetaMask opens on the Ethereum network. In the top-left network selector, choose Polygon (also called Matic). If it isn't listed, MetaMask will offer to add it automatically the first time you interact with a Polygon site.

Step 3: Fund your wallet

You need two things: a small amount of POL (Polygon's native currency, for gas fees — about 5 POL is plenty), and 2,000 USDC on Polygon. The easiest path is to buy both on a centralized exchange like Coinbase, Kraken, or Binance, then withdraw them to your MetaMask address, choosing Polygon as the withdrawal network.

Step 4: Buy your token

Go to gamatokens.io/buy-token, connect your wallet, approve the USDC spending, and confirm the mint transaction. Your GTX1 token appears in your MetaMask NFT tab within seconds. You can also view it on OpenSea and Rarible under your wallet address.

Step 5: Enter the Studio Room

Once you own a token, go to gamatokens.io/studio-room, connect your wallet, and sign the login request. You are now inside the Co-Producers Club. Your name goes onto the credit crawl of the next GAMA production automatically.
